Today, we received Ofwat’s final determination on our business plan for 2020 to 2025. This is a process that has taken more than three years to complete.

We are committed to providing the best service to our customers and at the same time making sure we continue to invest in our network and other assets. With this in mind, we will now carefully consider Ofwat’s determination.

Both we and our Board remain committed to our ambitious, high-quality and innovative plan which was shaped by our customers and reflects their priorities. Over the next five years, we will be making water count by ensuring we continue to deliver the high-quality, reliable and affordable water supplies they expect and pay for.
