We will be replacing the existing water mains and renewing service pipes that lead up to the boundaries of properties on the following roads:
When will the work take place?
Work will start on Monday 2 February, for a duration of approximately six weeks. The scheme will start on Wyatt Road at the junction of Leigh Road, progressing along Wyatt Road, picking up Repington Way and Langley Road along the way.
Our team will be working between the hours of 7:30 and 17:30 on weekdays. Weekend and overnight work may be required to limit traffic disruption on occasion.
Will traffic be affected?
To complete the work as safely and efficiently as possible, a road closure will be in place on Wyatt Road for the duration of the work. Two-way traffic signals will be located on Leigh Road for up to two weeks.
Access to frontages will be maintained throughout the duration of the works and suitable diversion routes will be in place.
