Yes, we've developed the app as another convenient way of accessing our website and made it available to our customers free of charge.

If you haven't registered as a MyAccount customer, you will still be able to:
- report a leak to us
- see any reported incidents in your area
- find out the ways you can contact us.

Registering for MyAccount also allows you to: 
- access your latest bills
- make a payment online
- submit a meter reading.

Registering to use our mobile app is easy.

Simply complete the MyAccount registration form using your customer reference number, personal information and a password.

Once completed you will receive an email validation link, follow the link to validate your account. You will now be able to login to the mobile app using your MyAccount details.

It could be because of the type of device you are using. Our mobile app is compatible with iPhones and Android devices, but is not available for Windows or Blackberry phones.

You should also check your data storage to make sure you have enough room to download the app.

If you have already registered for MyAccount but you can’t remember your customer reference number to login, you can find this on any bill or letter we have sent you.

Alternatively contact us to confirm your customer reference over the phone, webchat or via social media.

You can login to the mobile app using the same MyAccount details you use to login via our website.
