This Friday (19 April) members of our Community Engagement team will be at Merry Hill to offer customers face-to-face support with their water bill.

Our team will be joining Living Well, Feeling Safe, a service led by Dudley Council and supported by West Midlands Police, West Midlands Fire Service and local and national charities, in the lower mall near the Customer Service desk from 9am to 3pm.

They will be on hand to discuss:

• How you can reduce your water bill
• How you can register for our Priority Services Register
• Answer any water meter enquiries

If you know a family member or friend who could do with some support with ther bill, please share this event with them.
