Our Community hub turns four

Our Community Hub in Wednesbury has helped almost 15,000 visitors since its opening in 2018
Over the past four years, our hub has become an integral part of the Wednesbury community, providing face-to-face support for customers. To date, we've helped over 14,700 customers, who have visited the hub for advice on water meters, support to pay bills and to register for priority services.
As the hub celebrates its fourth birthday, we're delighted to have contributed to many community initiatives, including our Easter appeal, which has seen us donate over 600 Easter eggs to local food banks. We've also supplied over 3,000 items of school uniform and equipment - ranging from pens, pencils, blazers and gym kits - to those requiring extra support.
“After a difficult two years, we're incredibly proud to be celebrating another milestone. Our hub was launched as a space for customers that wished to speak with us in person, to get support and advice, when they needed it most. We look forward to celebrating many more milestones and helping even more of our customers."
