We are looking for customers to join us and share their views on our performance over the last 18 months in our upcoming ‘Your water, your say’ session. Since customers are unable to choose their drinking water supplier, we run an extensive engagement programme to ensure our plans and investments reflect the priorities of our customers and wider stakeholders.

An important part of this programme involves holding collaborative sessions to give customers and stakeholders the opportunity to ask questions directly to our Leadership team.

The ‘Your water, your say’ session will take place online over Zoom on Tuesday 15 October 2024 from 5:30pm – 7:30pm. Customers do not need the Zoom app as they can join using a web browser.

A range of topics will be covered during the session, including:

•    water quality
•    leakage
•    environmental investments
•    providing support for paying water bills

Customers can ask questions directly to our Leadership team, or, through one of our independent facilitators running the session on our behalf.

As a drinking water provider we will only be focusing on issues relating to the service we provide. We do not deal with wastewater. This service is carried out by Severn Trent and you can find out more about their plans here.
