We're planning for the future to ensure we can continue to provide high-quality, reliable services to all our customers. We face some key challenges we have to manage over the next 25 years.
In preparation, we reviewed our long term strategy to make sure that our five-year plan fits with our longer term direction of travel and that it will help us to manage the many challenges we face.
Our aim is to provide the best quality service at the lowest possible price and we have set out five key outcomes which will help us to achieve it.
