Throughout July we will be running our summer roadshow, where we’ll be stopping off in locations across our supply area to offer face-to-face support to anyone who needs support with their water bill.

We understand that for some of our customers paying their water bill can sometimes be difficult, particularly when their circumstances changes.

We’re committed to supporting customers where we can and we know for some, having a friendly face to speak to, face-to-face, to discuss any issues can be helpful.

From 10 to 30 July, we’ll be stopping by in the following locations to sit down and chat with any customer who needs our help.

•          Walsall Town Centre (by Poundland) – Wednesday 10 July
•          Burton Markets – Thursday 11 July
•          Cannock Town Centre – Tuesday 16 July
•          Lichfield Market – Wednesday 17 July
•          New Square Shopping Centre in West Bromwich – Thursday 25 July
•          Merry Hill Shopping Centre in Dudley – Tuesday 30 July

Our friendly customer team will be on hand to answer any questions you have about your water bill between 10:00 – 16:00.

They will be able to chat you through our range of affordability tariffs and how you can save money on your bills by using less water around your home.

The team will also have a range of free water-saving devices available for you to take and use in your home including showerheads, tap inserts and gardening kits.

If you are unable to see us face-to-face but are having difficulties paying your water bill, please contact us as soon as possible.
