Cambridge Water to support the UK’s largest water recycling system
South Staffs Water is using World Plumbing Day on 11 March to remind customers to stay “water safe” when it comes to employing a plumber to carry out work.
On 12 December 2014, Ofwat published its final determination for South Staffs Water (incorporating Cambridge Water) for the period covering 1 April 2015 to 31 March 2020. We have carefully considered this and the challenges it presents.
South Staffs Water is supporting Debt Awareness Week (26 January to 2 February) by encouraging customers who are feeling the pinch and struggling to pay their water bills to get in touch – rather than suffer in silence.
South Staffs Water has confirmed its water bill will fall in 2015/16.
