Pay by instalments with a payment card
Unmetered customers can pay in monthly, fortnightly or weekly instalments at a PayPoint outlet by requesting a payment card.
You will be sent a statement that will tell you how much to pay, and when. Just take your payment card to your nearest PayPoint outlet and make a payment.
Your payment will reach us within three working days. Please make sure you leave enough time for it to reach us by the date on your statement.
I don't have a payment card. Can I still pay at a PayPoint outlet?
You can still make a payment without a payment card. Please take your bill to your nearest PayPoint outlet, where they will scan a code on your bill, and you can make a payment.
