Where and when?

The work will take place in Causey Farm Road, outside no.s 33-85 (odd) and 46-74 (even), starting on 20 February 2023 and it will take approximately six weeks to complete the work. It is due to be completed by April 2023.

We will be working between the hours of 7:30am and 5:30pm, but these hours may be extended if required.

Will traffic be affected?

In order to complete our work as safely and efficiently as possible, our contractor Network Plus will be working in the carriageway and footway, with health and safety measures in place.

Parking

As we will be working outside your property, parking will be restricted on the road, and therefore it would be greatly appreciated if you could find an alternative place to park. We apologise for the inconvenience this may cause, however by doing so, it will help us to complete the works as safely and efficiently as possible.

Access to properties will be maintained throughout, with the use of road plates and driveway boards.

Will this affect my water supply?

We may need to turn off your water supply for a short period of time. If we do need to shut off your supply, we will provide as much notice as possible.

Our investment programme

This scheme is part of our commitment to invest in new water mains, to reduce leakage by at least 15% and to ensure our customers continue to receive a reliable and high-quality water supply.
