Where and when?

Works will take place on Stickley Lane on 24 October 2022 for approximately four weeks.

Will traffic be affected?

In order to complete the work as safely and efficiently as possible, multi-way traffic lights will be in place on Stickley Lane, at the junction of Ellowes Road, for approximately one week. The remainder of the works will utilise a give-and-take system.

Parking

As we will be working outside your property, parking will be restricted on the road, and therefore it would be greatly appreciated if you could find an alternative place to park. We apologise for the inconvenience this may cause, however by doing so, it will help us to complete the works as safely and efficiently as possible.

Will this affect my water supply?

We may need to turn off your water supply for a short period of time. If we do need to shut off your supply, we will provide as much notice as possible.

Customer liaison vehicle

Prior to the works commencing, our customer liaison vehicle will be available, should you have any questions or would like any further information. Our vehicle will located next to 81 Stickley Lane on 11 October 2022, between the hours of 9am and 3pm.

These works will improve the quality and reliability of your water supply. We're sorry for any inconvenience caused and thank you for your patience.

Our investment programme

This scheme is part of our commitment to invest in new water mains, to reduce leakage by at least 15% and to ensure our customers continue to receive a reliable and high-quality water supply.
