New website for customers to see how their water companies are performing

Customers can now quickly and easily see how their water company is performing and compare it to other companies. The information is on the website www.discoverwater.co.uk, and has a range of data covering water quality, public health, customer service and environmental aspects of water and sewerage services.

Final Determination

On 12 December 2014, Ofwat published its final determination for South Staffs Water (incorporating Cambridge Water) for the period covering 1 April 2015 to 31 March 2020. We have carefully considered this and the challenges it presents.
